Yes — online booking is available at any time, including nights and weekends. Treatments take place during our opening hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00–20:00, Friday 8:00–16:00.

During treatments we cannot always answer the phone — thank you for your understanding. The easiest options are booking your appointment directly online or emailing rezeption@dr-kutscher.de — we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to other patients. Appointments booked online can be managed directly via Doctolib; otherwise a short email or call is all it takes.

Keep the tooth or fragment moist — ideally in a tooth rescue box from the pharmacy, or in cold milk. Do not touch the root and do not clean the tooth. Come to us or the emergency service as quickly as possible.

That depends on the treatment and your insurance. Before larger treatments we prepare a treatment and cost plan and discuss it with you — so you know in advance what costs to expect.
